Dynamo

Would you like to have a different and unique year of leadership training where you can get to know yourself better, explore your faith and get to know people? And do you want to know what it's like to work as a child and youth worker? With Dynamo, you get to try out this through teaching and practice.

Dynamo gives you a unique year where you as a student are challenged, get new experiences and get to know different parts of the Salvation Army. You will receive good teaching and exciting practice in various places, focusing on what it is like to work as a child and youth worker or in Social Work at the Corps (Salvation Army's local community church) and in other church contexts. You get tested in many different situations, and this is a unique opportunity to get to know and take part in different areas of the Salvation Army.

The team will be based on beautiful Jeløy, outside Moss, and there will be some trips in Norway, as well as an overseas trip to Iceland.
